Paul completed a Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting) in 1991 and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia in 1995. He was also admitted to the Australian Club Managers Association in 2019. Following 11 ½ years with the International Accounting Firm, Deloitte, Paul joined the Club Industry full time in 2001. Paul serves on several boards on a volunteer basis. To create a legacy for generations to come.

With over 25 years’ experience in the Club industry, Lisa joined Southport RSL Memorial Club Inc 2010 following a career of club operations and experience across various Gold Coast venues.

Lisa defines her mission as championing, nurturing and delivering a positive culture and enabling all elements of the customer journey. To her, achieving this starts and ends with unleashing the passion, capabilities, agility and creativity of employees to deliver an experience that wows our guests.

Megan first started at the Southport RSL as a bar attendant and began learning all departments and the operations of the Club. She has now been employed at the Club for over 20 years, to which her role has developed immensely.
 
Her current position is Senior Duty Manager where she assists in the operations of the Club. As a confident, focused and dedicated professional, she brings a hands on approach with enthusiasm, together with adaptability to the workplace.

Luke has spent 15 years in the marketing industry working with global brands from around the world. Having had extensive experience in the professional industry, Luke has already been a great asset to the team at the Southport RSL.
 
Luke has played a key role in the clubs rebrand to SOPO, bringing his positive, bubbly and approachable attitude to every task he is faced with. He aims to build SOPO for the next generation to enjoy!

With over 18 years’ experience in Human Resources, Donna has worked for organisations such as Marriott, Mantra, Mirvac, Accor and Wyndham. Donna is a certified Life Coach and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business.

People and culture driven, Donna’s passion is to harvest an engaging workforce where our employees share the same values, are recognised for their value, and help leader lead.  She is passionate about supporting, coaching, recognising strengths and helping people become better versions of themselves both professionally and personally.

Julie has over 25 years experience in finance within the hospitality, tourism, tenders and non-profit industries. Julie has her Bachelor of Business CPA which has been a great asset for the club. She has a range of experience which means she brings a range of knowledge and wisdom.
 
Julies current position as an accounting manager for the club allows her to be a valued member of our community. Julie is always a pleasure to work with and her contributions to the are appreciated.
